MDL FINTECH

TERMS

Terms & Conditions

The terms governing the MDL public website, customer accounts, limited trial access and paid membership services.

Authoritative legal version: English. Effective 20 September 2026.

1. About these Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to the MDL public website, customer registration, MDL accounts, limited trial access, paid membership and related MDL services.

Information shown at registration, checkout, in the customer account or billing portal may contain service-specific details such as the current price, billing frequency, trial expiry, promotional eligibility and cancellation method. Those details form part of the applicable customer journey.

2. Operator and nature of MDL

MDL FinTech / Market Decision Lab is operated by MDL FINTECH LTD, company number 16590003, registered in England and Wales.

MDL is a market-research and decision-support platform. It may present market context, opportunities, research observations, key levels, risk considerations, monitoring tools and analysis intended to help a user understand and evaluate market conditions.

MDL does not guarantee a market outcome or profit, does not hold client trading funds, and does not make the user's final trading decision. The user remains responsible for deciding whether to trade and for controlling any trade execution through their own broker or trading account.

MDL's process is: Understand. Plan. Execute. Monitor. The user remains responsible for the final decision and risk taken.

3. Accounts and account security

Users must provide accurate registration and account information, keep account credentials secure and must not attempt to access another person's account, misuse the service or circumvent MDL security controls.

Registration alone does not create paid access. Access rights are determined by the active entitlement recorded by MDL, such as a limited trial or a verified paid membership.

4. Limited trial access

A genuinely new customer may receive MDL's standard limited 3 working day trial after the verification required for real account access is completed. The exact trial expiry shown in the customer's account is authoritative for that account.

The trial is a limited MDL experience and is not the full paid service. MDL may limit report depth, downloadable outputs, opportunity quantities or other advanced features during the trial while still providing enough access to demonstrate the service.

Trial eligibility is intended for genuinely new customers and is subject to duplicate, abuse and account-integrity controls. Any exceptional extension is at MDL's discretion and may be subject to support or administrative review.

5. Membership, pricing and payment

Current membership pricing, any valid partner or promotional price, billing frequency and taxes or charges that apply will be shown before the customer confirms a purchase.

MDL uses Stripe as an online payment path for recurring membership billing. A checkout redirect or browser message does not by itself activate paid access; paid entitlement depends on verified payment status recorded by MDL.

Where a recurring subscription is selected, it renews according to the billing frequency and terms shown at checkout or in the billing portal unless it is cancelled in accordance with the available cancellation process.

6. Cancellation, refunds and statutory rights

Customers may cancel future renewal using the account or billing controls made available by MDL or by contacting support where an account control is not available.

Any mandatory consumer rights, cooling-off rights, refund rights or other protections that apply under law are not excluded by these Terms. Relevant pre-contract information and any additional MDL commercial cancellation or refund policy will be presented where required for the purchase.

7. Research, market information and performance

Financial markets involve uncertainty. Nothing on MDL should be interpreted as a guarantee that a market will move in a particular direction, that a strategy will be profitable or that losses will be avoided.

Historical, backtested, simulated or research results do not guarantee future results. Market data, models and research can be incomplete, delayed, revised or affected by conditions outside MDL's control.

7A. Private Scanner / Strategy Lab

Build Your Own Scanner is a private, MDL-hosted research workspace for rules defined by the user. A private scanner match or YOUR SCANNER ALERT means that the user's saved rules matched the monitored conditions. It is not, by itself, an MDL or Founder-approved Opportunity, a direction to trade, or a guarantee of any market outcome.

Scanner instructions, structured rules, versions, historical tests, reports and audit history remain associated with the user's MDL workspace. Authorised MDL staff may access those records where reasonably necessary for service operation, support, security, research quality and compliance. Customer-facing research reports may be viewed or downloaded where the feature allows, but runnable scanner source code or a portable scanner package is not provided for use outside MDL.

MDL may use aggregated or appropriately de-identified scanner outcome information to improve research and product quality. MDL will not intentionally publish, commercialise or incorporate the exact user-authored private strategy or rule set as an MDL-wide strategy without a separate recorded consent or agreement that specifically covers that use.

8. Connected trading accounts and MT5

Where a customer chooses to connect a supported trading account, MDL may use read-only account and trading information to provide account status, trading-history analysis, risk context and related decision-support features.

The normal customer MT5 connection does not request or store the customer's MT5 password and does not by itself place, modify or close live broker trades. The customer's broker relationship and broker-side execution remain separate from MDL's research service.

9. Acceptable use

Users must not misuse MDL systems, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, scrape restricted areas without permission, defeat entitlement controls or use MDL in violation of applicable law.

10. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the MDL brand, website content, software, research presentation and proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to MDL FINTECH LTD.

Access to MDL does not transfer intellectual-property ownership to the user. Separate terms or recorded consent may apply where a user contributes original research or strategy material for publication, attribution or wider product use.

11. Third-party services and data

MDL may rely on third-party market-data providers, cloud and communications infrastructure, payment services, broker software or other external services. Availability, latency, errors and interruptions may occur outside MDL's direct control.

References to third-party services do not mean that MDL requires a customer to use a particular broker for trading.

12. Availability and changes

MDL may maintain, improve, replace, add, limit or remove features as the service, research process, data sources, legal requirements and product scope evolve. Material customer-facing changes will be communicated where appropriate.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Subject to applicable law, MDL does not accept responsibility for a user's independent trading decision or for market movements, third-party broker execution, external market-data failures or events outside MDL's reasonable control merely because MDL information was viewed, studied or used as decision support.

14. Regulatory information

Corporate registration and regulatory authorisation are different matters. MDL's current public regulatory information is set out on the Regulatory Status page.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights or protections that apply to a particular user.

16. Changes to these Terms

MDL may update these Terms where the service, legal requirements, payment journey or product scope changes. The current version and effective date will be shown on this page.
