Public website vs. member application
The public website provides company, product, research and legal information. Account access, member features and entitlements are handled through the authenticated MDL member application and server-side controls.
Connected MT5 accounts
The current MDL service uses connected MT5 information for analysis, broker-specific context and trading-history research. MDL's current product flow does not place, modify or close trades for the user.
Credentials and support
Users should use the official MDL application and approved connection flow. Users should not send account passwords or other credentials to MDL staff through ordinary email, social media or messaging applications.
Authority boundaries
- Public website content cannot execute a trade.
- A market-research opportunity is not an order instruction.
- Member access and feature entitlement are enforced server-side.
- Research and alerts do not create payment or account entitlement by themselves.
Responsible reporting
Security concerns can be reported to support@mdl-fintech.co.uk. Please do not include passwords, private keys or unnecessary sensitive credentials in a report.
